Packaging system for stand-up pouches

The VPA SBB 022 is a system for packaging loose teas into stand-up pouches with a wrap-around closure.

 
 
  • The tea is fed into the machine from a storage container via a conveyor
  • Multi-head scale for portioning
  • Bags are sealed via a wrapping seam with hot glue dots and sealed with an adhesive label

  • Stand-up pouches are checked for metallic foreign bodies after filling
  • The stand-up pouches are grouped on a push-off table and pushed off by hand for packaging
