LCB 025 – Laser marking, code grading and batch reconciliation

The LCB 025 is a high-precision system for laser marking, code verification and batch reconciliation of packaging materials, specifically designed for cartridges. The filled cartridges are fed manually from a tray and conveyed into the transport system via a conveyor belt and a screw conveyor.
An integrated laser marks each cartridge cap with a unique QR code. A high-resolution camera then checks the readability and quality of the code (code grading). Cartridges with faulty codes are automatically rejected, whilst flawless products are forwarded for counting.
Precise counting takes place in two trays that are filled alternately. As soon as a tray is fully loaded, the counting process is completed. The cartridges can then be removed manually, and the tray closed and sealed – ensuring a consistently controlled and efficient process.
