ASA 025 – Automated Dispenser – Set-up Unit

The ASA 025 is a state-of-the-art system designed to handle the transport and precise sorting of packaging materials such as bottles or tubes. The unorganised packaging materials are fed into the machine via a simple drop chute, where an intelligent camera system detects their position and orientation on the sorting belt.

Two precise robotic arms pick up the packaging items, align them and place them securely in the provided product carriers. The loaded carriers are then discharged from the machine for further processing – such as filling.

Packaging items not detected are automatically returned to the sorting process via an inclined conveyor to ensure seamless and efficient production.
