VAA 025 - Vial Unpacking System
Efficient unpacking of bottles from Safepacks
The VAA 025 is an innovative system specially developed for the automated unpacking and transfer of stable bottles. The bottles are delivered in sealed Safepacks on Euro pallets and fed into the machine.
A precision robot removes the trays and transfers them to the workstation, where the shrink wrap is carefully removed. The bottles are then conveyed directly to the next production stage via a conveyor belt – ensuring a smooth and efficient process flow.
