The flexible configuration options of the systems allow for more than the automated loading and unloading of oven racks in bakery operations.

•     Check, count and measure dough pieces
•     Cutting dough pieces according to a predefined pattern
•     Process dough pieces, e.g. turn them in
•     Transfer the sheets back to the rack trolley after processing
